Trying to get a good night rest?

Good night sleep leads to a great next day

Trying to get a good night rest can be hard for some of us.. As we can tell, if we don't get enough sleep the night before, we will wake up feeling grumpy, irritated or waking up on the wrong side of the bed. Researchers proven that sleep plays a huge role in our health physically, mentally and emotionally. Ever since I got these sheets from Mellanni I haven't woke up once during the night and I have been able to dream at peace. Their sheets are so soft and silky and are 100% brushed microfiber and hypoallergenic which definitely help with my allergies! They also have a lifetime guarantee and if you're not happy with the product you get your 100% refund back.

Also, I make sure to moisture with OZ Naturals before bed with their super youth retinol moisturizer loaded with vitamin c, hyaluronic acid, vitamin B & E, and shea butter. When I moisturize with it before bed, it helps with my dry skin in the morning feeling fresh and you can still apply it in the morning and put makeup over the moisturizer. The reason why I love OZNaturals products because they still use science but uses the power of nature just like green tea, chamomile. The retinol that is used in the moisture helps fight wrinkles on your face and doesn't contain harmful alcohol, paraben, sulfates, or PABAS. It's always good to start moisturizing no matter what age you are.

If you want to perform better the next day make sure you take care of yourself at the moment with giving your body and soul the sleep it deserves...

  1. Awesome post Kayla! I haven't heard of that brand before, but I'm intrigued to try it. Great tips. It's definitely a struggle to remember not to use my phone in bed though! If it isn't my phone, it's my computer haha I really need to remember to turn off all my electronics before going to sleep.
I hope you are having a wonderful day!
